Account & Sign In

I can't sign in with Apple - what do I do?+
  1. 1.Make sure you're signed in to iCloud (Settings → [Your Name])
  2. 2.Try signing out of Teku and back in with Apple
  3. 3.If the problem persists, email us with your device model and iOS version
I forgot my password+
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password" to receive a reset link. If you don't get the email within 5 minutes, check spam, then email us.
Can I use Teku without an account?+
Yes. You can log workouts locally without signing in. An account is only needed to sync data across devices or restore after reinstalling.
How do I delete my account?+
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. All data is permanently deleted within 30 days. This cannot be undone.

Sync & Data

My workouts aren't syncing across devices+
Teku is offline-first: workouts save to your device instantly and sync to cloud when online. Check that you're signed in on both devices, pull down to force sync, and check Settings → Sync status.
Can I export my workout data?+
Pro: Settings → Data → Export (JSON or CSV). Free tier: email us and we'll send a JSON export within 30 days per GDPR Article 20.

Programs & Training

How do I start a training program?+
Go to Programs → choose a template → tap Activate. Only one program can be active at a time. The program's days appear on your home screen in rotation.
What does the AI Copilot do?+
The Copilot watches your logged sets and suggests when to increase weight or reps based on recent performance. It only suggests - you always decide. No auto-increments.
Can I create my own program?+
Yes. Programs → + → name your program → add days → add exercises with supersets, target reps, and tempo notation.

Subscription

What's included in the free plan?+
Free: 3 active programs, 7-day workout history, basic stats. Pro adds unlimited programs, full history, AI Copilot, advanced analytics, and data export.
How do I cancel?+
All subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Teku and tap Cancel. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
